Welcome to PrimatePages! In today’s episode, we delve into the heart of a remote village, where a local resident embarks on an extraordinary mission: to train two young monkeys in the art of wild survival.
The local resident brought two of his monkeys to train to learn wild survival skills. At first, he drops two baby monkey pets on the ground near a small pond in a remote area near his village. And he started to record the footage of them. He leaves his monkey pets to try to figure out how to climb, forage, or swim on their own.
The two baby monkeys are still young, and they are only around 2 or 3 months old. As we can see at the beginning of his video, the two monkeys still keep clinging to each other. The smaller monkey is still terrified of the new surroundings and continues to look at the owner while clinging to the larger monkey.
He doesn’t seem to have learned to climb the tree. But the bigger baby monkey is trying to climb the tree with difficulty because the smaller baby monkey keeps clinging to his body. Both of them fell from the small tree many times. After that, both of them stop climbing the tree and stay still, and they keep looking at their owner, who is recording them.
They start to scream and walk in separate ways. There are many small plants near by, but they still don’t know how to forage yet. After a moment, they start roaming around and exploring new surroundings, and they also try to climb small trees.
It looks like they are starting to enjoy exploring new surroundings, but they are still terrified because they are still screaming and looking at their owner. We are not sure why the owner is doing this to them. It looks like he has a plan to release them or not, but we are not sure.
